What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you’re reserving a product before it's in stock. By pre-ordering, you secure your item in our next production run. This helps us produce only what’s needed — reducing waste and overproduction.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes — just contact us before your order has been shipped.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay
How and when to wash the bottle?
Our Boqua bottles can be washed by hand or in a washing machine. We recommend washing your bottle after each use
What is the warranty policy?
If your bottle has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it within 12 months of purchase.
This warranty applies to:
Manufacturing defects (e.g. faulty caps/lid or seals)
Bottles that arrive with damage not caused by shipping carriers
Is the bottle recyclable?
Yes, our glass bottles can be thrown into the glass collection and the protective silicone layer can be thrown into mixed waste.
